Don't Sign This Pledge!

I signed this pledge. Then, my friend Jennifer told me it was sponsored by People for the American Way. Very liberal. Those sneaky rats!

Teacher/Mom said...: Hate to burst your bubble on this, but this is sponsored by People For the American Way, an extremely liberal group. A link to this was sent to me back in January. I checked out the site and it had links to that group as its main sponsor. I see now that all the links to this group have been removed. Now it links up to Declare Yourself, which, if you check out their site, is also an extremely liberal group. I believe that this is only a ruse for conservatives to get involved and give money for liberal causes. Because this pledge does sound great, and sounds like what a conservative believes. I think at the core, liberals and conservatives use similar lingo as to what they envision for America. It is the definitions of these individual words, and the paths to get there, that we completely disagree with. Blessings.; 9:57 AM
